Ok, is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a free trial (no credit card required) so you can test all the pro features. During the trial, videos exported will include a small [Your Brand] watermark. To remove the watermark and unlock unlimited exports, you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan.
How are you different from other video editing software?
We focus on simplicity and prefab designs. So you don't waste time on the design itself (choosing our specific font, little gimmicks, etc). You simply select a template and start typing. This speeds up video creation significantly as you can't move blocks around or change fonts, etc.
So you can't change anything?
For social media we cover most of the designs already. For landscape videos (YouTube) we initially focus more on educational users, hobbyists or professionals who like to talk about their profession. We are expanding every month.
Does it work for any PC?
VIDEOMOX is a cloud-native video editor so you don't need to download anything on your computer. You edit directly in your browser and all your projects are stored online.
What AI features do you have?
Our service uses AI to assist you, not to generate video from scratch. Our AI helps you edit faster by handling tedious tasks. For example, it can automatically transcribe your video to create subtitles, remove background noise, suggest relevant stock footage, or detect the best moments in a long clip. You remain in full creative control.
Does the AI create voice-overs for me?
No, because your voice is the most engaging and authentic, even if perhaps not that good. We will study augmenting your voice using AI (clarity, tone, etc).
Can I invite my team as well?
Yes. Our professional and team plans include robust collaboration features. You can invite editors, reviewers, or clients to your workspace. They can leave comments on specific timestamps, suggest edits, and view projects in real-time—perfect for agencies or marketing teams.
Differences "Pro" account and a "Team" account?
Pro (Individual): Designed for solo creators. You get all editing features, AI tools, and watermark-free exports. Team (Professional): Includes everything in Pro, plus centralized billing, user management, shared team workspaces, and advanced collaboration tools (like approval workflows). It's built for multiple people working together.
How do I get rid of the watermark in my videos?
The watermark is only present on free trial exports. Once you sign up for any paid subscription (monthly or yearly), all your future exports will be completely watermark-free.
Is there a limit to how many videos I can export?
No. All paid plans include unlimited exports. You can export as many videos as you need. We currently only offer 720p but intend to increase to 1080p in the near future.
How fast is the export?
Because we use cloud-based rendering, exports are typically much faster than your local computer. While time varies based on video length and complexity, you can close your browser after starting the export. We'll send you an email notification when your video is ready to download.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of your current billing cycle. You will still be able to access your projects, but any new exports will include the watermark. We recommend downloading all your finished videos before canceling.
Can I switch from a monthly plan to a yearly plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles at any time from your account settings. The change will be prorated based on your current subscription.
What if my internet cuts out while editing?
Your edits are constantly auto-saved to the cloud. If your connection drops, you won't lose any work; the editor will simply pause and resume once you're back online.
For how long are videos still available?
All your content to create your videos are stored on our servers only temporary, depending on your subscription. This can be from weeks to months, after which all content gets deleted, this for privacy reasons.
